Killarney Lake is located in Killarney Provincial Park in Ontario, often called the jewel of Ontario’s parks. The most striking feature of the park are the LaCloche Mountains, a well-weathered mountain range made of white quartzite rock. In mid-September, the birches and maples begin their autumn color changes, creating a striking contrast of color against the white granite.
