WP022 Fresh Snowfall

A brilliant, cold morning followed a springtime snowstorm that had

dropped nearly a foot of snow overnight.  As I drove along the trans-

Canada highway, it seemed every spot that looked promising for a

photograph was far out of reach due to the snow pilled up alongside

the road.  Finally, I crossed my fingers and drove into an un-plowed

parking area and rushed to capture this beautiful scene before the

soft morning light disappeared.
